Course Description

The Illinois Radiological Society is pleased to announce our first annual members meeting. Based on the feedback we have received from our members, it is our goal to provide over 700 members and prospective members with an opportunity to receive a thorough update of the hottest issues in radiology today. We have brought together a stellar faculty and created a forum for radiologists to see the future of radiology, as well as an opportunity to network and discuss issues with peers. The meeting will include lectures, discussions and a full exhibit area of radiology products, equipment and devices. We hope you will join us for this inaugural meeting of the Illinois Radiological Society.

Attendance

Projected attendance is 150 radiologists, including all radiology sub-specialties from Illinois and the surrounding states.

Vendor Participation

Exhibits: A limited number of table-top exhibits are available. The Exhibit Area will be located convenient to the General Session, and all continental breakfasts and coffee breaks will be held in the exhibit area. Lunch will also be served to all attendees and exhibitors. Cost per table-top exhibit is $1,000, which includes one six-foot draped table and two chairs and three vendor badges. (If you are planning to display radiologic equipment such as a c-arm, and also require a table, you will need to register for two exhibits in order to have adequate room.)

Set-Up: Friday, May 17; 5 p.m.-7 p.m.

Exhibit Hours:

Saturday, May 18; 7 a.m.- 4 p.m.

Sunday, May 19; 7 a.m.-10:30 a.m.

Tear Down: Sunday, May 19; 11 a.m.

Social Events

There will be a Welcome Reception on Saturday, May 18, at 5 p.m. All vendor representatives are invited to attend.
