Meeting Registration

To register for the IRS’s First Annual Meeting, please print out the registration form in the meeting flyer and mail or fax it to the address provided on the flyer. Or you can also register online.

The flyer was created as an Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF) file. If you do not already have it installed on your computer, download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software that will allow you to view and print this file.
